In my opinion the Tekno and the Losi are by far the top two choices in SC 4x4. If Tekno has your eye, that should be the truck for you.
As for Tekin, they are a top tier company, you will not only have a great product but you will have service that is second to none. Hobbywing, they are the bang for the buck choice, but if you can swing Tekin, I say do it.
I enjoy the Pro4 4300 HD in my truck, along with the Gen2 RX8. I could not imagine a better setup, but you will need some top notch batteries for such a beast as that 4300. My 5 AMP batteries do very well for about 9 minutes, but they are not new either. I have on order some 7200 SMCs that I think will give me run time to spare. So keep that in mind as you put your package together.
