The current limiter has no effect on top end. It just controls how much current is delivered when the trigger is first pulled. Its a great tool . When I have a lot of grip , more current , less grip, less current. Some days my track will take 100% , other days its more like 70%. If I bought a system based on the 70% days , I would get killed when the track is taking everything you can throw at it .
