Danny doesn't take whatever comes, he gave them marching orders on quality and had to return a time or two and it seems like they are paying attention and catching themselves before they even send it because they know it will come back.

This is correct.
The preorder system guarantees you'll be first served, if you can't wait,then buy other brands so you can keep on racing, it's a no brainier really, SMC/Danny and all the distributors stand behind there products as the best value money can buy, Danny will not accept a bad bunch of cells just to get numbers as that will diminish the quality of the products and SMC's reputation, as a distributor myself I'm happy to wait if need be and sell a better product to my customers.
