i have the gariodisk too and it is a good product. i stopped running it because i could feel it had to warm up?. it was not consistent untill i had a few laps through it to get it warm im guessing. so on a 6 minute run... it didnt feel right untill about minute 2. overall a very awesome product, on a micro 6 minute level.. not consistent enough, especially when you only get 1 - 2 practice laps before the race.
