Again I don't have a Serpent 811, but I am interesting in buying one. If these SP motors don't fit I'll be buying another buggy. I will see if anyone local has one I can test fit a a 2100 or 1800kv.

edit: I did call Serpent America (Desoto?) and whoever answered said the car was designed to fit all 1/8 motors up to 71mm.
Pic of mine, with a Tekin T8 measures 69mm and looks like theres a MM to go. I agree with J Sorwell
