Here's what I have been running in our USGT (21.5) class.
Front toe out 1 degree
Rear toe in 2.5 degrees
4mm of droop front and rear
I added 1mm spacers under the rear upper arms where they mount to the chassis. No spacers under the front upper arms.
Blue springs in front and yellow in the rear.
Shock oil: 50w in front, 40w in the rear.
