The bullet connecters collide with themselves though? Or contact the other battery for lack of better words. The top devider for the shifty packs keep them seperate. With long packs there is no way that I have found to do this, unless I am just being stupid
the connectors become stops to keep the batteries apart. This as been done for years with deul stick packs in 8th scale. Not super ideal but it is what it is. Keep the batteries held down nice and tight with the velcro and go have some fun.
