I know there is a lot of mid motor craze going on. But, I have been really curious as to weather MM would work on my local track. I personally think if you are to only own 1 car, RM is the way to go on most tracks. If you race a lot and travel a lot, then buy 2 cars. One for MM and one for RM.
Agreed, one car in each configuration is the way to go. Why fight the setup to make MM work in a lower traction condition, when the RM cars are going to have the advantage, and vice versa?
Was testing my x factory cubed in a slick condition compared to the b4, and to me it's no contest. The mid can run the same lap times but you're fighting the car from stepping out, which makes it much harder to be consistent from lap to lap.
