So, I have a first gen TRF416, I have the Exotek Lipo chassis upgrade, but honestly I don't think it was needed. anyway, last night I tried to race the car on carpet, and it was a mess. my setup was close to box stock, 5mm ride hi, rubber tires...my car sucked. I have new tires, new body...etc...car is fast, I have the speed, but no handling. I think 1 reason is that I am still running a front one way, and the other reason why I think it sucked so bad was that the Exotek chassis is was too stiff. i'm gonna switch back to original chassis and put in a front spool. if that don't work, i'm gonna retire the whole chassis....I'm ready to throw it against a wall!
