The unusual thing is the fact that the caster angle is "front / rear" (so plunging forward front hub) in stead of "front \ rear" (plunging backward front hub), which is more usual in TC for example.
This is not very clear if you read it but if you imagine that, you could see how the set-up is strange for that point...
