It's the former, -1.5mm is representing narrower than maximum possible width, that's very close to the same as the stock XRAY t4 pins.

Like you, 2 dot outside RF and RR results in about 3.5* of toe... and I thought about doing 2 RF / 3 RR to get down to 3* but seeing your chart makes me wonder if I should go w/ that 1.5mm narrower setup and put on the +0.75mm hubs?
I'm currently running 3rf inside and 2 rr inside. This gave me 3 degrees, and the same track width as the stock car.
