interesting. from your last statement, i'd wonder why you would post what you did if there is nothing to complain about. (although i would have some frustrations if it was wrong the 2nd time and late..........that is something that should be addressed with the man in charge).
i'd think if your still not happy, you should call and speak to jeff roe. even if its not to get your order redone again, he should be made aware of such a problem.
