I noticed this when cleaning today. Compress the shock and you will see uneven movement in the spring. Im going to try and use a 2mill spacer to the bottom screw in the suspension arm to try and make it clear.

Guess it would depend on what rear hubs you are running.

If you have the std plastic upright ones I would get the aluminum ones or the reinforced XV-01 rear hubs and that should take care of your problem.
I would just shim enough to get the turn buckle away from the spring.

Here is a pic of mine and it's not even close to the shock.
