Wildcat, the funniest thing I read was "These low-friction ballcups will help free up the front and rear suspension to work more efficiently". They do realize the excessive slop comes from their existing ballcups which have a good amount of play when installed. I don't think I've ever read anyone saying they had binding issues due to the ballcups so I don't know why they would make such a statement. Also wish it had holes on the backside so it's easy to take things apart without having to snap cups off and on repeated to do so. All that does is weaken the cups with each snap.
The priority should be to make a more durable ballcup that is more precise fitting without binding and everyone who had the crappy ones that broke almost immediately should have a full set shipped for just the cost of shipping.
try the new jconcept ballcups. They even supply a angled ballcup that moves the turnbuckle away from the spring in the rear so no rubbing, and they have the holes on top to get to the ballstud
