depends upon the surface your on.
or go back to full stock set up and go from there one adjustment at a time. oversteer stiffen front or softer rear. Ball diff should be back off a little past 1/2 turn from full lock up.
My set up for TCS carpet is yellow springs, ball diffs. lightest swaybars, 40 wt but every track is different. if it oversteers stiffen front, less rear droop,
no spool. make one adjustment at a time.
