The big advantage of the Sepes Conversion set is that all parts are could separately being used with the TRF417

One possible configuration is the use of the original motormount with center post and lifted (free from the centershaft holder) top deck.

Another configuration is the use of only the sepes motormount with the original TRF417 topdeck.

The lifted topdeck is tested with 1.5mm spacers under the bulkheads in combination with the original lower deck which gives the best flex properties.

Please note that the Sepesmotormount has a new design middle layshaft holder. Different from the original ‘open’ part the ‘closed’ designed of the bulkhead captures the layshaft bearing to allow to lift the upper deck in order to further adjust chassis flex and therefore the characteristic of the car.
