I agree. I've always had it in my mind that this class is focused on production-based GT or Showroom Stock-type race cars. Also, I'm fine with the supercar bodies (Lamborghinis, Zondas, etc.) as they're actually being produced for the public (albeit wealthy) to buy. That prototype Mazda falls under none of these mindsets...
...and is better suited to Ben Afleck as Batman than it does on the track. You might as well include Charlie Sheen's Dodge M4S Turbo Interceptor from the movie "The Wraith."
