I soldered in a USB plug from a cheap 4 port hub I got from ebay for a buck. Works out a lot better than the pin header in my opinion..... Looks ok too. Have to put a bigger hole in your radio, but I filled mine back in with styrene to finish it off and painted it so it looks kinda like it is supposed to be there.
