Im a strong believer in: if its not wearing, your not gripping.
I have had tyres last weekend after weekend why? because i had no grip,.
i have had tyres last a final why? because i had the best grip i wanted.
Well that really depends on how the track surface is really with tire ware and how much you race. Even if you have grip from certain tires.
