Correct. You can actually order Ballistics (or could when they were made) with any color aluminum ring you wanted. My 25.5 has a black ring. The plastic at the base of the solder terminals determines the wind in stock turns. Yellow is 17.5 as I recall, green is 21.5? It has been a while.
