Default Picco .14 (pieced and put together mutt motor)

Recently I bought a Picco .15 on ebay. I paid $8 for it and rightfully so it was a bit rough. It is missing the carb and pison cylinder needed replaced. It can not be pinched as there is significant damage to them with major scrape and even a ding in the piston. So I hopped online and found a piston and iner set which was very close to the specs and bought them. I got them for $15 shipped so its not like I am wasting a huge amount of money.

Anyway to make a long story short the piston is about .3mm smaller meaning the motor is going to come out to a .14 and I did not notice at first but someone changed the head on the one I bought and it was actually a .12.

I will have a little work to get this right but its not anything I can not do. The glow pulg button needs machined to fit the bore. The piston needs a lil bit machined off the top (oddly it was considerably taller then .15 piston) and a good cleaning.

The ed result will be .14 with a short stroke and large bore. I found a carb for it. Suggestions though? I can post pictures of the process if its of any interest to anyone.

These are some fairly powerful lil motors. I have a .12 and it runs very strong. The hp rating is 1.25hp and the .15 is 1.36hp.
