Hey, is the rebound issue when the shocks are mounted or when you take them off the truck too? If its when mounted I suggest getting a reamer and cleaning up the holes where you put the pins to attach the arms to the diff, they are very tight and once dirty really effect arm movement. If its when off the truck, I'd say try rebuilding and be very careful when putting the bladder on and did you vent caps? also make sure to clean and grease/oil(I like green losi stuff) the o rings, lastly when rebuilding try rolling shafts on table to ensure they are not bent.
