GHEA makes some tapered 4x1.3 size pistons, GHEA8114.
Associated has some tapered ones too, ASC91350.
As for flat/regular ones, obviously Losi has them which is part of the shock piston package for their 22 line of cars. The Losi ones are thin so they will move up and down on the shock shaft in between the e-clips.
Associated has some flat ones as well, ASC91353.
You could get some Kyosho blank pistons and drill your own too. Although they are not tapered like the others but are not exactly flat either, KYOW5303-08.
