Well I sent it in on Monday with the expectation that I would have to pay for it to be fixed and return shipping. I actually talked to someone at Spektrum before sending it in and he told me it would cost to get it serviced. Was expecting to pay about $25 since it isn't under warranty.
Got an email today saying it was fixed and shipped back to me today, no charge. That's what I call customer service!
Costumer service is grad when it's like that lol!!
HITEC is the same way with their servos, I sent in 3 and got em all repaired and shipped back without paying them a cent!! That's what I call customer service
