Its made of cheap 4mm AlMg4.5mn Aluminium (eventually hard anodized), so i don't think it will be too stiff, but i am trying to do it as stiff as possible to prevent bending. making it flex more is easier as making it flex less I also spoke to the Team C chef north germany and he said that it is important that the car is stiff from front to rear but can flex left to right to help the suspension. I also had his TM2 in my hands and it was very stiff from front to rear but had a good amount of l/r flex. The advantage from aluminium is that it can be bend, which makes the design easier, but carbon usually drives better. (and is wayyy more expensive). It can flex very much without bending, so you can just use a little front-rear brace to reduce the flex in this direction and still have very much l/r flex without having to worry that the chassis tweaks.
