Increasing rear toe make the car accelerate straighter in loose conditions, adds traction. In turns it takes away steering and give a more square line. You cannot change the kickup, the shims are for axle-height. In the front you can change the casterblock to decide where you want traction, at entering, even, or exit(30,25,20 degrees).
