I am sure this is in the thread somewhere but I went back and searched and didn't come up with anything usable.

As he says, if you want to save money when club racing start them at whatever size they come in the packet, if they chunk you are either hitting things, the tyre is peeling away from the wheel, or using too soft a foam. If you do chunk them then there's no need to throw them away,
you can repair them with foam from a spare damaged wheel.
