I changed the tank, hoses and exhaust without any difference. The clutch is brand new and is the same type that I usually use, and it's been checked for errors.

I had the same problem with a Fire11. Flaming out for no reason... Well, it was all about tuning. It was a too lean bottom. Check the low end needle, mine is about 1/2 turn out from flush.
