Team Durango have a diff building video on youtube - its good.
Put some thread lock on the the end of the diff screw and let it dry before assembling the diff.
If you want extra smooth action - sand the diff plates flat.
Use a minimal amount of grease
Make sure to run the diff in before assembling the gearbox.

Tungsten Carbide diff balls are a good upgrade - but the standard SS balls aren't bad - just don't last as long.
