At last years Novak race (CS 27 Handout tire) the traction was so high because of the foam cars running that the rubber tire guys had to glue the entire side wall and about 1/8th to 1/4 of the outside of the tire contact area to prevent traction rolling
With minor rolling laying in the shocks is a good starting point.
