all i did was get a decent size pot of water on the stove top. turn heat to half put the parts in(i did every part i thought i should) let her slowly boil away for 20-30mins, make sure you stir them every 5 mins and turn them around within the water not letting them come out. then turn heat off and move pot... keeping parts in the water untill cool

i havnt broken anything in 2 full race days and one practice session. i've had some pretty big impacts...

The idea behind this is when nylon is heated within water the nylon takes on water particles... softening the plastic.. making them a bit more flexable... the a-arm being so stiff is anther reason why this car performs so well.
