A while ago I kicked off a discussion on
EP spec class alignment. While we're still a long way from aligned state to state, the AARCMCC clubs have voted on the spec classes for 2014 and a new class structure has been decided for touring cars:
21.5 blinky
13.5 blinky
Mod
I think this is a step in the right direction for touring cars and an important decision to hopefully work towards an aligned class structure across all of the states

As bought to attention above, i made an error transposing the results of the Tamworth vote to the spreadsheet. I have also recd an email that had gone wrong from the PRECC club, as a result the vote for 21.5 has to be amended to a YES, with implementation to be delayed until Jan 2014.

All other amendments accepted.
Clubs will be officially notified shortly, and a full updated rule set will be out in the next few weeks.
