Verdict is that I will move my current TC motor to my 1/12th scale and put the new motor in the TC. After a little more break-in time, the motor current went down more. Seeing how the motor was just built less than a week ago, the springs are new. I got a chance to talk to the distributor for these motors, and he said tha they were built up when he picked them up on Wed. I will be picking up new spring sets soon just to have for tuning.
