For truggy, with a strong .21 engine, I use one of the two:

For high bite/high grip: 4 Losi Blue Alum w/ green/gold springs.

For most average tracks with low/moderate grip, the "drake"/Buggy setup with 2 Losi Blue alum (gold) and 2 carbon (green)

both with the blue/alum lightweight flywheel.
