Hey guys, I need some help with a very serious
decision that I have to make.
A friend gave me a really good deal on a (gulp!
)RE NTC3 kit(minus the useless tires/wheels) for $220 two weeks ago and I still have'nt assembled it because of serious second thoughts. I like the NTC3 only because of the shaft drive, awesome acceleration, and the fact that it's an Associated.
I'm currently doing very well at our club races with my two year old MTX-2 and i'm in the process of rebuilding my back-up/donor car for stock class. BUT, I really hate it when those NTC3's out accelerate my car using the same engine that i'm using. That's kinda why I bought the NTC3 kit(If you can't beat 'em..........).
I guess what i'm trying to say is I need your success stories with MTX-2's. Especially the hard fought(and won) races against NTC3's. I need more excuses to get rid of the NTC3 so I can spend the money on a Playstation II.
Please, NO drag racing/bashing stories.
