Because the V2 has been out for 12 months there is a lot of information and technical support available. It is a very good car.

The TRF101 has only just been released and not all countries have them in stock yet. It is unclear whether Tamiya will discontinue the V2. If they do then obviously the TRF101 is the way to go. The 101 looks good but it's too early to tell.

Both chassis are the same width and either will fit modern F1 bodies.
