Just found one problem though my grp rims are just barely rubbing the screw on on the end of the steering linkage. Any suggestions this is the spec tire for 8th scale at my track so I have to run them.
I posted on day one that the sweep wheels rub at 90% full lock also. I'm not sure why a team c/ofna race car wouldn't allow for a standard wheel without rubbing considering neither company makes real race tires. I was thinking maybe wider front hubs or different end links would be the only options other than limiting your end point adjustment on a good radio, that's what I did...for now. The stock wheel has a larger I.D. so I assume good tires wouldnt stretch over the stock wheels either. Thank you ofna/team c! That's really smart. The good news is the car has more steering than most.
