No mounting grid or anything. It fits ok but it's kinda low and short. Super durable tho. I have 2 of them I used for a solid 3 months. Back to the jc for me now though.
Yes unfortunately due to the thickness if the lexan shimming will be a challenge I had to get creative to get a tight fit without wobbles.
