If you lower the roll center you shave the pivot balls and the pod T-plate spacers. If you raise the roll center you add spacers under the pivot balls(to raise the T-plate up) and then add spacers where the T-plate attaches to the rear pod to bring the rear pod plate back down level with the chassis. If you look at the car it will make more sense.
