You're geared down compared to what I ran my SC10 at.
I ran 19/84, which is a 11.494
you are running a 12.541
I would try the 19 for a few minutes and see if your temps go up or down. If you aren't hitting the power band, you can be over revving the motor. Timing should be around 30 deg.
