Please remember guys when talking to possible landlords - It would be preferred to rent the space for the entire month, rather than just certain days of the week. If it must be certain days of the week it MUST include onroad, offroad and Practice day(s). But, I would strongly suggest staying away from referring to anything but renting the space for the entire month , leaving us the ability to go in and out and change schedules as we wish.
Also remember to think about utilities being included in the price paid. That is where the number of days the track is being used vs the price paid comes in. 30 full days of heat in February doesn't cost the same as 8 and may affect the rental price with some landlords.
Shoot for the stars but realize that we are at the mercy of our more than generous landlords. Commercial real estate is a complex business with many tax and future earnings issues to be considered.
