Yes I had same issue with my buggy all diffs were hard and notchy I rebuilt them and left the small metal washer off that goes above the orange o ring in diff, saw this on you tube Adam drake rebuilds diffs watch the video. They all were nice and smooth after that and no leaks, before the diffs leaked because they were not closing all the way!
