I run more carpet than asphalt and I have been really fine tuning my spring choice in similar conditions except I have been running Mod. Based on what you're running now you could start with a carpet blue rear and a carpet pink front. At our track (96x40) medium grip with mod I have really liked black rear and blue fronts, 2.3's all around, and 2.3-2.6 progressives all around with either 350 or 424 4 holes 1.1's.
