I have done over 30 race meetings with my BR6 on various surfaces including super high grip astro turf. I have had some spectacular crashes and never broken a hinge pin! I have raced in minus 8 celcious at some events and not broken any plastics either.

I have broken 2 front shock towers (massive impacts caused them to crack but not break completely) 1 servo saver (we have now machined an Ally one to try) bent 1 rear shock shaft after a real heavy flat out rear impact and cracked a front gearbox casing after hitting the pit wall at top speed!

I dont think many other cars would withstand that kind of abuse with such little damage. I went 6 months without a single breakage or retirement racing every weekend.
