I have 2 BR-6 and a BR-6E and I have never broke or bent a hinge pin. But Intech is now making them softer so they will bend rather then snap. We will have them in the USA in a month or two.

Maybe there was just a bad batch where they were over hardened as none of us here in FL have ever snapped one. Or maybe cold weather was causing it.

The only part I have broke in 6 months is a servo saver upper arm. But I had the nut cranked down. An alum is coming though.
