If the wiring is in order I would recalibrate everything. If you had it that complete system in another car you may not need to do a recal but I would still do a complete recal and check of all trims epas etc. Triple check the pinion mesh, no hurrying on this.
Once you get that right and hit the track doublecheck the slipper and make sure it's on the loose side so you don't hash the spider gears in the diff ( if a noise happens when you gas it then it may be the diff gears..)
