It seems there is more selection on the 190mm side than the 200mm, but how is the fit especially for the tires?
both sizes are fine just make sure it's a 257 wheelbase. when you choose the offset of the wheels you need, I think the track of the chassis is 180 so if your shell is 190 then you will probably need 5mm offset rims but most shells are 195-198mm so you'd probably want 7-8mm offsets. the best way to find out is to measure your shell across the wheel arches so you can find the distance between the 2 sides then subtract the track of the chassis that leaves you with the total offset so you need to halve that to get the offset for both sides
