Thanks. It ran like a champ this weekend (10min B main, plus a bump to the 20min A), but 5 min left me a little less than 1/2 tank.
I'll give the 7.0 and a fresh plug a try. I need to spend a little more time on my idle, as it was only stable for 15-20 seconds, but so far, so good. This thing is going to scream.
Give it some time to finish breaking her in and no body wins a prize or a trophy for how long the engine idles for...
All kidding aside, when I time my idle its only for about 20 seconds and then give it a yank, it should give a nice puff of smoke and clear out. after about 20 seconds my idle will start to drop. Once you reach that magic mark and the engine drops its nuts you will have no problem with your idle. but if its staying stable for 15 seconds you are probably very close to optimum on your LSN. In case you didn't know, Nova's do not like a overly rich LSN.
And that time should increase once you get a full race tune on. what pipe/header are you running?
