How much fuel have ran through it? Maybe give it a little time and check it again.

Hair Dryer must be a West Coast term. On the East coast they're called blenders . I'd still be running Nitro if it hadn't died out here in the East. Everyone converted to electric and I don't travel to many big races where Nitro still has big turn outs, so I hung up my glow ignitor.

No fuel through it at all, I bought the kit and converted it to electric right out of the box. I ran it one weekend thus far. My guess is that it's the pillow ball caps binding up the pillow balls somehow. I have always strugged to thread those caps in to the hub straight. I always have them crooked and jacked up.
