I guess as the VTX8 is sensored only, it would come with a cable, as
some motors, like Tekin, can run in both modes and you may not have
one anymore. Never mind, it's just one of those things.

The VTX8 has been good. Used it three times and twice had throttle problems. First time was the battery, no the cable, so I'm getting good at working out what is wrong, ha, ha. I hope there isn't a third time.
Put the VTX8 in my SCT410. Yanked it out. Put it in my EB48, yanked it. Updated firmware. Had throttle problems. Turn off esc, turn it back on. Then it would be OK,...maybe. If not, reset again. YANKED VTX8 AGAIN!! This product is half-baked. The software is not up to snuff. Viper's response was to use a 2 pole motor in the SCT410...not acceptable! When you can buy an esc for $80.00, and it works fine, how come Viper can't get it right?? I have over 22 years in this hobby, and thought we were beyond these silly problems by now. I cannot recommend the VTX8 at this time. Buyer beware!!
